About John Henry
John R. Henry, known as "The Changeover Wizard," is the principal of Changeover.com, a consultancy dedicated to optimizing manufacturing efficiency through lean changeover techniques and training.
John worked across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverage, cosmetics, electronics, and chemicals.
He is a prolific author, having published over 200 articles, columns, and white papers in leading venues.
He has written a number of books on SMED and Changeover as well as on packaging machinery which are featured here.
